FAQ's Delivery & Shipping
When will I get my order?
We provide advantage of same day delivery. The delivery time can be selected based on the time of placing an order. The orders placed before 12.30am will be delivered between 5.30pm to 9.00pm on the same day and those placed before 5.30pm will be delivered between 7.30am to 12.30am on the next day.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge in Chattogram of BDT 70 and in Dhaka BDT 140 is applicable only for the orders having purchase amount less than BDT. 5000.
No service charges are collected for the purchase above for BDT 5000.
Are there any hidden charges?
There are no hidden charges involved in the process.
How can I modify my basket after submitting an order?
You have to provision to edit the order, before the order gets process. Pls follow the instruction: (To edit your order > Login to https://dialmetoday.com > Click the option ‘Recent Orders’ > In the ‘Recent Orders’ page, there will be an option ‘Edit’ against the pending/unprocessed order > Click the button, make necessary changes and finally update your order.
Does Dialme TODAY deliver to other city?
Firstly, we deliver only in Chittagong city area. As of now, Dialme Today doesn’t deliver Food and Grocer items to other city or states but some “Selected Items” can be delivering in Bangladesh through third party transports. But you will be able to make your purchase on your our website from anywhere in the world ant any time with Cash on delivery, Bkash, Debit/Credit cards issued in Bangladesh. But please ensure the delivery address in Bangladesh. You can visit our delivery area Bangladesh.

Estimated Delivery Time is 10-15 days. *Max delivery time – 45 business days.
Note: The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 3 days.

Taxes
It is clear that all shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. That is usually the obligation of customers.
Different countries have different tax rule on the imported goods. Therefore, it will be better if you know your county’s custom policies before your order in case of some troubles.
There are some responsibilities you should know about clearly who have to take once something unexpected happens.
If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment left the seller’s country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.
It is the buyer’s responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery. Exclude force majeure (bad weather, strikes, wars etc.), the following 3 factors should be taken into consideration.
1) Shipping Method: Delivery time varies with shipping methods. For example, DHL takes 2-4 business days while EMS takes 3-8 business days.
EMS refers to Express Mail Service, an international postal express network managed by the Universal Postal Union (UPU). It’s basically a global courier service offered by national postal operators (like USPS in the U.S., Japan Post, Bangladesh Post, etc.) that provides international express shipping.
DHL = private international courier company.
EMS = international express service run through the postal system.
2) Time in transit varies depending on where you’re located and where your package is coming from.
PHONE ORDERS
- Orders may be placed by telephone at (+880) 1833 777 023, 1751 744 130, (Saturday-Friday, 9-5pm GMT).
- When phone orders are placed, stock is checked to guarantee the item is in stock and the order is processed immediately.
- Orders placed by 2:00pm Central Standard Time are guaranteed to be shipped out the same business day pending credit card verification/approval and stock availability.
- Orders requesting 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day Air must be placed by 2:00pm GMT.
- Orders cannot be changed after the same business day order was placed.
- Only Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover is accepted for phone orders.
INTERNET ORDERS
- Internet Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
- Internet Orders are processed during normal business hours (M-F, 9-5pm GMT).
- Internet Orders do not guarantee item(s) are in stock.
- Orders are shipped after stock is checked and credit card is verified and processed.
- Orders requesting 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day Air must be placed by 2:00pm GMT.
- Only Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal are accepted for internet orders.
- If you need to change your Internet Order after you have already processed it, you will need to call us direct at (+880) 1833 777 023, 1751 744 130.
- Orders cannot be changed after the same business day order was placed.
- If you have any problems processing your internet order you can call us at (+880) 1833 777 023 to place your order by phone.
BACK ORDERS
- If a product is not in stock we will back-order the product upon customer request.
- We will ship back-orders upon arrival into stock within 30 days of the invoice date.
- The back-order will be cancelled after 30 days if we do not receive the product in stock.

You shall be entitled to place either a single time order for the product of your choice or purchase a subscription.

Payment for subscription can be through:

(c) Cash on delivery (“COD”)
Payment for single time order can be through:

Terms of Payment
(a) You agree to pay all charges at the amounts in effect when such charges are incurred.
(b) You must provide a valid credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, or any other accepted
issuer) or other specified payment or financial mechanism (collectively, “Payment Facility”) as a condition to making any payments.
(c) Your Payment Facility agreement governs your use of the designated credit or debit card or other mechanism, and you must refer to that agreement and not these Terms of Service to determine your rights and liabilities.
(d) You hereby consent to provide and authorize Mush and its service providers (including any Payment Facilities) to share any information and payment instructions you provide to the extent required to complete the payment transactions in accordance with these Terms of Service, including personal, financial, credit card payment, and transaction information.
(e) By providing your payment and financial information, you agree that Dialme Today, its service providers, and any of their third party payment processors are authorized to immediately charge your account for all applicable fees and charges and that no additional notice or consent is required.
(f) Dialme Today reserves the right at any time to change its prices and billing methods.
(g) All information that you provide must be accurate, current and complete.
(h) You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment card(s), payment means or other financial information that you provide.
(i) In case of fraudulent matters, the Company holds the right to share the details with the concerned body for verification.
(j) If any fraud transactions are carried out by you on the Website, Dialme Today reserves the right to recover all the losses and expenses incurred like lawyer fees, collection charges, etc from the concerned party. The Company also holds the right to take any action available under applicable law against such person.
Terms of COD
(i) The Website allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery to your doorstep by choosing the COD payment option during checkout.
(ii) You can make COD payments in Bangladeshi Taka only.
(iii) Due to the limitation of the courier partners we use, COD is not yet available for all zip codes in Bangladesh. During the checkout process, you can check if the COD facility is available for your delivery address.
Return Policy and Cancellation
We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If order is processed and delivered the items won’t be taken back or replaced unless there is a reasonable manufacturing issue.
If the delivery is not executed during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.
Please note that cancellations have to be made within 1(One) hour after placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email to dialmexyz@gmail.com and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. MhrBazar.com has complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Dialme Today and accept Dialme Today decision regarding the cancellation.
Once an item(s) is returned or found missing in an order ‘at the time of delivery’, a refund will be raised that time itself. The final payment collected from the customer will be the one after deducting the specific amount from the total order amount. It can be cash / card. In the case of bank transfer / online payment, the specific amount will be added as credit against the concerned customer account held with Dialme Today.
If an item(s) is found missing or returned ‘at a later point of time’, a communication will be received by you regarding the same. If a refund is raised, the specific amount will be credited to your bank account with the facility of NEFT at the earliest slot possible. Normally we follow ‘no question asked return/refund policy’.

To start a return, you can contact us at dialmexyz@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, groceries or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on green food items, raw fishes, sale services, discount/members card, tickets, digital download items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
Record and Unboxing Video: Always record a video while unboxing the product on your mobile. This will serve as proof in case the product has any issues. If there is a defect, return the product immediately.
Vendor Dispute Resolution: If the vendor refuses to accept the return or claims the product is fine, your recorded unboxing video may be required as evidence. Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Full Refund Assurance: If a defect is proven, a 100% return will be accepted. You can then choose between a product replacement and a refund.
Warranty & Guarantee: For products with a warranty or guarantee, keep the warranty/guarantee card safe. The coverage will be valid under specific conditions for the duration of the warranty period.

Jurisdiction of Terms & Service
This Terms of service along with Privacy policy shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without reference to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh and agree to waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over the parties by such courts.
