We have listed the properties from our partners, including many online travel agents (OTAs), Local experts, and “Affiliate agents” and direct via channel managers who distribute their inventory onto sites like ours, and the entire Dialme Today network. It is likely that you had agreed for the added distribution when you signed up with their services. We refer all our visitors to our partners or direct to our property owner’s sites. We take initiatives for bookings & rentals on our site directly. Our job is to help them promote their inventory and sell more travel and ensure that fewer nights go un-booked. There is no additional cost to listing at the moments on our network.

> I wish to remove my business listing? What to do?

The listings on our website are provided to us by our partners, local agents or ‘The future leader’s manager circle”. If you are listed with one of our partners, you may see your property on our site which provides additional exposure for your property. There is no cost at present to list on Dialme Today. If you still wish to remove your property, you may want to contact the customer service of the listing partner(s) where your property was listed. However, if you wish to remove your property from our site alone, you can send us a link to your property from our website at info@dialmetoday.com

Yes, you can do. The process is simple. Just Sign-up and go to "Partner with Us" page downloads the "Car Registration Form" and fill-up accordingly. After complete the process, your car property will be ready to hire.

> Do I need to carry any ID proof while traveling?

Yes, all tourists traveling by air / rail / bus for Bangladesh tours have to carry photo identification proof in the form of Driving license, National identity card/Election ID card, PAN card, Passport and for students their school / college ID card. Also, at certain sightseeing places in Bangladesh any Identity proof (except Passport) is a must which is mentioned on the respective tour itinerary page on our website.

> What types of meals are included on tour?

As per the tour itinerary requirement, there is a preset menu. We serve vegetarian food along with 1 non vegetarian dish. Breakfast is continental and meals are Indian with an occasional addition of Fast/Local food.

> Can I request for a special meal?

Yes, special meal like Jain meal (No onion garlic), Fasting meal- as per availability and Baby meal can be arranged subject to prior intimation. In case of baby meal we provide tin milk, plain dal and rice only, during meals as per the itinerary. For in between requirements of baby we recommend you to carry sufficient baby food along with you.

> How can I check my payment and billing details?

You can check your billing and tour related information online, for the same in dashboard. Then, type your log in ID which is your tour code and form number and the password is printed on your payment receipt.

> Prior to tour departure is there any information provided?

We do give pre-departure information sheet once you book a tour which consist information about the destination, things to carry, weather, shopping etc. It is also available on the website under post booking information.

> Do I need to carry multiple currencies as per different countries visited on the tour?

USD / EURO are universally accepted currencies and easily exchangeable in any part of the world. No need to carry multiple currencies. You can carry the local currency of the visiting country worth $100 for miscellaneous expenses and if in case of emergency.

> How much foreign exchange can I carry on tour?

As per Bangladesh bank circular, an incoming/outgoing passenger may bring in/take out up to BDT Taka 20,000(Ten thousand) in Bangladesh currency at the time of arrival into/departure from Bangladesh. Any amount of foreign currency may be brought in by an incoming passenger with declaration to the customs authorities in Form FMJ.

> How much time does it usually take to process a refund?

Ideally, it takes 20 – 25 working days to process refunds, once the guest agrees on refund amount. However, to derive the best amount of refund, it takes additional operational time to deal with airlines, hoteliers etc.

>Are online refunds possible, if yes, what's the process and who will bear the transaction cost?

Yes, online refunds are possible, if the booking was done online. If we cancel the tour for whatsoever reason, then the entire tour cost will be refunded.
