Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

General Guideline

  1. Record and Unboxing Video: Always record a video while unboxing the product on your mobile. This will serve as proof in case the product has any issues. If there is a defect, return the product immediately.
  2. Vendor Dispute Resolution: If the vendor refuses to accept the return or claims the product is fine, your recorded unboxing video may be required as evidence. Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  3. Full Refund Assurance: If a defect is proven, a 100% return will be accepted. You can then choose between a product replacement and a refund.
  4. Warranty & Guarantee: For products with a warranty or guarantee, keep the warranty/guarantee card safe. The coverage will be valid under specific conditions for the duration of the warranty period.

Key Points:

✔always record an unboxing video for proof.

✔ Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

✔ If a defect is verified, you can claim either a refund or a replacement.

✔ Keep the warranty/guarantee card safe for applicable products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If order is processed and delivered the items won’t be taken back or replaced unless there is a reasonable manufacturing issue.

If the delivery is not executed during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.

Please note that cancellations have to be made within 1(One) hour after placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email to dialmexyz@gmail.com and giving the reference of your order number and purchase date. In case we receive a cancellation notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Dialme Today has complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Dialme Today and accept Dialme Today decision regarding the cancellation.

Once an item(s) is returned or found missing in an order ‘at the time of delivery’, a refund will be raised that time itself. The final payment collected from the customer will be the one after deducting the specific amount from the total order amount. It can be cash / card. In the case of bank transfer / online payment, the specific amount will be added as credit against the concerned customer account held with Dialme Today.

If an item(s) is found missing or returned ‘at a later point of time’; a communication will be received by you regarding the same. If a refund is raised, the specific amount will be credited to your bank account with the facility of NEFT at the earliest slot possible. Normally we follow ‘no question asked return/refund policy’.

To start a return, you can contact us at dialmexyz@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Product Warranty

If a manufacturer’s warranty is available for a product, the details of the manufacturer’s warranty can be found listed in the product description, or as a downloadable link on the product's page. All manufacturers’ warranties are handled based on the manufacturers’ warranty policies and procedures applicable to their products. Since manufacturers' warranty policies vary, please contact a Customer Solutions Specialist to verify warranty information before placing your order. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, groceries or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on raw foods, discount/members card, tickets, digital download items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Credits and Promotional Credits

From time to time, you may be eligible to receive Refund Credits or Promotional Credits from us, as described in these Terms. “Refund Credits” are store credits offered instead of cash when an item is returned or exchanged. Refund Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Refund Credits can be redeemed only for merchandise or services offered online at https://dialmetoday.com. Additional restrictions may apply.

“Promotional Credits” are credits offered as a gift, marketing incentive, or for customer satisfaction. Promotional Credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, are nonrefundable, and are not intended to reimburse any value paid for any goods or services. No consideration is paid for Promotional Credits. Promotional Credits can be redeemed only for merchandise or services offered online at https://dialmetoday.com. Promotional Credits expire twelve (12) months after issuance. Additional restrictions may apply.

Refund Credits and Promotional Credits will be applied to eligible orders on a first-in, first-out basis, meaning that they will be applied in the chronological order in which they were issued, regardless of whether they are Refund Credits or Promotional Credits.

Sales and Coupon Code Policy

Because we are a bulk distributor for food service supplies, we make sure to advertise our lowest prices on our Services, including discounts we receive from our vendors that are passed onto our customers. On occasion we will provide sales and coupon codes to receive further discounts off the original price of the item. To ensure the discount is received for sales, items should be purchased as soon as possible. Coupon codes for items on our Services will have an expiration date associated with them. Coupons and discounts will only be honored on orders that are placed while the coupon/discount is valid. Discounts do not apply to already discounted products and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Some coupon codes may only apply to Dialme TODAY Plus Members.

Pricing that is advertised on sources outside of our Services may reflect incorrect prices compared to what we currently offer. The prices on our Services are regularly updated to ensure accurate, real-time pricing; however, search engines and coupon code websites may not always provide the most up-to-date prices. Prices and coupon codes that are not valid will not be honored at checkout.

Samples

Dialme TODAY offers product samples on selected Sample items for B2B. For other items, we recommend purchasing a smaller pack size, when available, before committing to a larger order. Sometimes our manufacturers will send out samples of select products to commercial customers. Please contact Customer Solutions to see if a sample request can be sent to the manufacturer for the item(s) you’re interested in.

Corporate With

"Corporate With" items are products that generally work with the item you are viewing, such as lids that will fit a cup or casters that will fit a piece of equipment. If an item is not listed in the "Corporate With" section on a particular product page, then we do not guarantee that it will work with the product you are viewing and do not recommend that you purchase them for use together. Sales Tax and Exemptions

Sales Tax and Exemption Policy

It is your responsibility to ensure that you/your organization is eligible for tax exemption. If you're unsure, contact a tax professional for advice before you continue.

Please only send us / upload your tax exemption documents if we currently charge tax in the state(s) you plan to ship to. Sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Review the information below carefully. Incomplete or incorrect documents cannot be accepted, and you will be asked to complete the form correctly and in its entirety.

We need documentation on file to attach to your account before we can review it for tax exemption. A tax ID number alone will not suffice.

You are responsible for providing the correct and completed forms and knowing the rules and responsibilities of making tax-exempt purchases or purchases for resale.

The tax exemption team is unable to edit tax documents on your behalf. Any documents requiring additional information will need to be completed by the purchaser. Be sure all information in your documentation is legible. If we cannot read the information on the form, we are unable to accept it.

If your account is set up as tax-exempt for all orders shipping to a particular state(s) due to reselling, manufacturing, or another special tax circumstance, please note that all orders placed through the account that ship to that state will automatically have the tax exemption applied. There is not an option to alter which items/orders are eligible/ineligible for exemption at check out. If you plan to place orders that do not qualify for tax exemption, please do so using a non-exempt account.

Note that tax exemption is reviewed for each state individually. This means that if you have a tax exemption form for a specific state it is valid only for orders shipping to that state.

Please allow 7-8 business days for our Tax Team to respond via email to your request.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address on file with your account is active and the best email to reach you. Dialme TODAY will not assume responsibility for providing tax exemption on applicable orders if we do not receive a reply from you in the event that additional information or documentation is requested. We may elect to cancel your order if we determine, in our sole discretion, any statement may be false or misleading regarding your tax exemption. If at any time your tax exemption status is determined by us, in our sole discretion, to be inaccurate, revoked, or withdrawn, then the taxes will become immediately due and paid by you.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: (physical address).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Product Delivery & Replace Conditions

Please check your products in front of riders or courier service agents.

Product will be replaced if it has any defect by its manufacturer.

If product quality or quantity problem found then customer can return/cancel their order on delivery time with presence of delivery person.

Products must be with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

Replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by seven one QC Team.

Replacement cannot be possible if the product is burnt, damaged by short circuit, damaged due to neglect, improper usage, or broken by customer.

Innerwear and product of clearance sale cannot be replaced.

Delivery Time:

If your delivery address is within Dhaka city, products will be delivered by within 2-5 business days. If it is outside Dhaka, it will take 5-7 business days.

Note: Product delivery duration may vary due to product availability in stock.

রিফান্ড, রিটার্ন এবং বাতিলকরণ নীতি

আমাদের ৭ দিনের রিটার্ন নীতি রয়েছে, অর্থাৎ পণ্য গ্রহণের ৭ দিনের মধ্যে আপনি রিটার্নের অনুরোধ করতে পারবেন।

সাধারণ নির্দেশিকা

রেকর্ড এবং আনবক্সিং ভিডিও: পণ্য খোলার সময় সবসময় মোবাইলে ভিডিও করুন। পণ্যে কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে এটি প্রমাণ হিসেবে কাজ করবে। ত্রুটি থাকলে অবিলম্বে পণ্য ফেরত দিন।

বিক্রেতা বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি: যদি বিক্রেতা রিটার্ন গ্রহণে অস্বীকৃতি জানায় বা পণ্য ঠিক আছে বলে দাবি করে, আপনার রেকর্ডকৃত আনবক্সিং ভিডিও প্রমাণ হিসেবে লাগতে পারে। আনবক্সিং ভিডিও ছাড়া রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

পূর্ণ রিফান্ড নিশ্চয়তা: যদি ত্রুটি প্রমাণিত হয়, ১০০% রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে। এরপর আপনি পণ্য পরিবর্তন বা রিফান্ডের মধ্যে একটি বেছে নিতে পারবেন।

ওয়ারেন্টি গ্যারান্টি: যেসব পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি বা গ্যারান্টি রয়েছে, তার কার্ড নিরাপদে রাখুন। নির্দিষ্ট শর্তে ওয়ারেন্টি সময়সীমার মধ্যে সুবিধা পাওয়া যাবে।

মূল পয়েন্টসমূহ:

✔ প্রমাণের জন্য সবসময় আনবক্সিং ভিডিও করুন।

✔ আনবক্সিং ভিডিও ছাড়া রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

✔ ত্রুটি প্রমাণিত হলে আপনি রিফান্ড বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট দাবি করতে পারবেন।

✔ প্রযোজ্য পণ্যের জন্য ওয়ারেন্টি/গ্যারান্টি কার্ড নিরাপদে রাখুন।

রিটার্নের জন্য পণ্যটি অবশ্যই মূল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে—অব্যবহৃত, ট্যাগসহ এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে। রসিদ বা ক্রয়ের প্রমাণও থাকতে হবে।

অর্ডার প্রসেস ও ডেলিভারি হয়ে গেলে, যুক্তিসঙ্গত উৎপাদন ত্রুটি ছাড়া কোনো পণ্য ফেরত বা পরিবর্তনযোগ্য নয়।

যদি ডেলিভারির প্রথম প্রচেষ্টায় ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ ঠিকানা, গ্রাহকের অনুপস্থিতি, ঠিকানা লক থাকা বা গ্রহণে অস্বীকৃতির কারণে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন না হয়, তবুও গ্রাহককে চার্জ করা হবে। এই ধরনের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না।

দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন, অর্ডার দেওয়ার পর ১ (এক) ঘণ্টার মধ্যে বাতিল করতে হবে। বাতিলের জন্য আপনাকে dialmexyz@gmail.com এ ইমেইল করে অর্ডার নম্বর এবং ক্রয়ের তারিখ জানাতে হবে। যদি বাতিলের অনুরোধ পাওয়ার সময় অর্ডার প্রসেস হয়ে যায়, তাহলে বাতিল করা যাবে না। Dialme Today সিদ্ধান্ত নেবে অর্ডার প্রসেস হয়েছে কি না, এবং গ্রাহক সেই সিদ্ধান্ত মেনে নেবেন।

যদি কোনো পণ্য ডেলিভারির সময় ফেরত বা অনুপস্থিত পাওয়া যায়, তখনই রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে। নগদ বা কার্ড পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে মোট অর্ডার থেকে প্রয়োজনীয় পরিমাণ কেটে ফাইনাল পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করা হবে। ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার/অনলাইন পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে সেই পরিমাণ গ্রাহকের Dialme Today অ্যাকাউন্টে ক্রেডিট হবে।

পরে কোনো সময় পণ্য অনুপস্থিত বা ফেরত দিলে আপনাকে জানানো হবে। রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হলে, সংশ্লিষ্ট টাকার পরিমাণ আপনার ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টে (NEFT সুবিধার মাধ্যমে) যত দ্রুত সম্ভব জমা হবে। সাধারণত আমরা ‘কোনো প্রশ্ন ছাড়াই রিটার্ন/রিফান্ড নীতি’ অনুসরণ করি।

ক্ষতি ও সমস্যা

পণ্য গ্রহণের পরপরই পরীক্ষা করুন এবং কোনো ত্রুটি, ক্ষতি বা ভুল পণ্য পেলে আমাদের তাৎক্ষণিক জানান, যাতে আমরা সমস্যার সমাধান করতে পারি।

ব্যতিক্রম / ফেরত অযোগ্য পণ্য

কিছু ধরনের পণ্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয়, যেমন—নষ্টযোগ্য পণ্য (খাবার, ফুল, মুদিপণ্য, গাছপালা), কাস্টম অর্ডার, ব্যক্তিগত যত্ন পণ্য (বিউটি প্রোডাক্টস), বিপজ্জনক বস্তু, দাহ্য তরল বা গ্যাস। এছাড়াও, কাঁচা খাবার, ডিসকাউন্ট/মেম্বারশিপ কার্ড, টিকিট, ডিজিটাল ডাউনলোড বা গিফট কার্ডের রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

এক্সচেঞ্জ

সবচেয়ে দ্রুত পদ্ধতি হলো বর্তমান পণ্য ফেরত দিয়ে নতুন পণ্য আলাদাভাবে ক্রয় করা।

রিফান্ড

রিটার্ন গ্রহণ ও পরীক্ষা শেষে আমরা আপনাকে রিফান্ড অনুমোদনের বিষয়ে জানাবো। অনুমোদিত হলে, রিফান্ড আপনার মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে যাবে। ব্যাংক বা ক্রেডিট কার্ড কোম্পানির প্রসেসিং সময় লাগতে পারে।

শিপিং রিটার্নস

আপনার পণ্য ফেরত পাঠাতে এই ঠিকানায় পাঠান: (ফিজিক্যাল ঠিকানা)। রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে এবং তা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। রিফান্ড দেওয়া হলে শিপিং খরচ কেটে নেওয়া হবে।

আপনার অবস্থান অনুযায়ী এক্সচেঞ্জড পণ্য পৌঁছাতে সময় ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

যদি আপনি বেশি মূল্যের পণ্য ফেরত দেন, তবে ট্র্যাকযোগ্য শিপিং সার্ভিস বা শিপিং ইনস্যুরেন্স ব্যবহার করা পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়। ফেরত পণ্য পাওয়ার নিশ্চয়তা আমরা দিতে পারি না।
