Md. Hamidur Rahman
Md. Hamidur Rahman is the founder and a full-time investor at Dialme TODAY, currently living in Chittagong, Bangladesh. Proudly Bangladeshi, he was born in Kaptai, Rangamati Hill Tracts, with family roots in Noakhali—two culturally rich districts in the southern region of the country.
With 30 years of diverse professional experience, he has served in several reputable organizations. He is currently the Manager (Operations) at Meridian Hotel & Restaurant. Previously, he worked as Senior Manager (Admin) at Continental Group, Procurement Officer at UCEP Bangladesh, and Store Assistant at ABB SAE SADELMI Spa. He also contributed to community development as the Founder and Program Manager of the local CBO, Society for Volunteer.
Beyond his professional career, Mr. Hamidur is passionate about writing and is the founder of the online newspaper Cnews TODAY.
Kazi Md Yousuf
Kazi Md. Yousuf, co-founder and investor of Dialme TODAY, is a seasoned development professional based in Mirpur, Dhaka. He served 33+ years at UCEP Bangladesh in key roles, including Program Officer, Regional Coordinator (Dhaka & Gazipur), and Divisional Coordinator (Dhaka), and completed various professional trainings both locally and in the UK.
Throughout his career, he managed and monitored general and technical education programs, supported employment services for technical graduates, and led child and women rights advocacy at the community level. He later worked as Director (Academic & Administration) at Milestone School & College, Uttara.
Mr. Yousuf holds a B. Commerce from the University of Chittagong and an MSS in Social Welfare from the University of Dhaka, specializing in Social Organization Management.
Engr Delower Hossain
Engr. Mohammad Delowar Hossain holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from UITS and is pursuing an MBA from Chittagong University. He has completed TVET technical training and earned a Level-4 Assessor certification.
A former Instructor at UCEP Bangladesh, he has expertise in building design, architecture, consultancy, interior & exterior solutions, furniture and door design, landscaping, electrical and plumbing systems, painting, coating, and structural design.
Mr. Delowar currently serves as a Project Coordinator at Dialme TODAY, contributing his technical knowledge and project management skills to deliver efficient and innovative solutions.

Tarek Mahmud
Tarek Mahmud is an entrepreneur, marketing strategist, and technical expert dedicated to building impactful digital businesses in Bangladesh. Born in Noakhali, he later earned his Bachelor’s in Management (Honours) from the National University.
His journey began with the launch of Winex Delivery in 2019, now a trusted food and grocery delivery service in Dhaka. He later founded Winex Technology, providing digital solutions and tech services, and expanded into fintech by creating SafeInvest.io, a platform promoting secure and smart investments.
Driven by innovation, Tarek focuses on building digital products that solve real problems and create long-term value. With experience in technology, marketing, and brand strategy, he continues to lead multiple ventures with vision and reliability.
Mr. Mahmud currently serves as the Senior Technical Officer at Dialme TODAY.
Shah Rahman Shadat
Shadat Rahaman is a New York–based professional and entrepreneur living in Brooklyn. He completed his graduation from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice, building a strong academic foundation in justice and public service.
He currently leads his family business as the President of B&D Construction, a masonry contracting and restoration company specializing in Brownstone façade restoration, brick pointing, and commercial renovation, including projects such as Whole Foods Market at 1234 36th Street, Brooklyn, NY.
With his experience in construction leadership and business management, Mr. Shadat Rahaman has joined Dialme TODAY as an Investor with International Affairs (USA), contributing global insight and strategic value to the organization.
Monirul Islam
Monirul Islam is a culinary professional and entrepreneur with a strong academic and international background. He completed his graduation from the University of Chittagong and earned a postgraduate degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management from Central Queensland University, Sydney.
He built his career as an International Chef in Sydney CBD and gained national recognition by hosting several programs on television. Now based in Canada, he is the owner of Chef Platters, a growing restaurant business in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Mr. Monirul Islam has joined Dialme TODAY as an Investor with International Affairs (Canada), bringing global insight and culinary expertise to the team.
